Hemospray® Endoscopic Hemostat

Clinically proven performance across the globe!

There are traditional haemostasis therapies, and then there’s Hemospray—a nonthermal, nontraumatic, noncontact modality that doesn’t require the precise targeting of other endoscopic devices for upper and lower GI bleeding.

Nonspecific targeting

Powder is sprayed toward the source of the bleed, so Hemospray does not require the en face approach and the precise targeting of other modalities.

Nonthermal

The procedure causes no tissue changes, unlike some thermal modalities.

Nontraumatic

Since no direct force is applied at the treatment site, the powder minimises the risk of tissue trauma as experienced with other modalities.

Noncontact

The aerosol delivery system eliminates the need for direct mechanical or contact forces between the delivery system and the treatment site.

CO₂-powered delivery system

CO₂ helps minimise postprocedural pain compared to air.¹
