Clinically proven performance across the globe!
There are traditional haemostasis therapies, and then there’s Hemospray—a nonthermal, nontraumatic, noncontact modality that doesn’t require the precise targeting of other endoscopic devices for upper and lower GI bleeding.
Powder is sprayed toward the source of the bleed, so Hemospray does not require the en face approach and the precise targeting of other modalities.
The procedure causes no tissue changes, unlike some thermal modalities.
Since no direct force is applied at the treatment site, the powder minimises the risk of tissue trauma as experienced with other modalities.
The aerosol delivery system eliminates the need for direct mechanical or contact forces between the delivery system and the treatment site.
CO2 helps minimise postprocedural pain compared to air.1
Simply activate the CO2 cartridge, open the valve, and spray toward the source of the bleeding.
The wide, adjustable 16 mm opening span facilitates grasping as much, or as little, tissue as your procedure requires.
One-to-one rotation from the handle to the clip provides complete control for precise clip placement. The clip opens and closes up to five times for optimal positioning.
The intuitive handle and clip design allow for simple one-step clip deployment.
The clip has anchoring tips for secure tissue grasping.
The device is MR Conditional per ASTM F2503.
