“Experience BTK procedures with simulated fluoroscopy”
- Exclusive small group experience (a maximum of 3 persons per simulator*)
- Simulated cases with hands-on presentation of the different products being used in BTK procedures
- Experienced simulator operators will guide and challenge you throughout the session
Target group: Junior physicians and physicians with limited experience with endovascular treatment of peripheral vasculature, who have an interest in performing BTK procedures in the future.
*2-3 persons per group/simulator for a 30 minutes time slot, 2 simulators available.

Venous
Room 18: Monday 5th of March 14:00-15:30 and 16:00-17:00
“Masterclass: Venous stents, IVC filters and embolization”
This hands-on workshop consists of 3 workstations. The group of attendees will be divided in 3 groups and will rotate between the different workstations.
- Workstation 1: gives the attendees the opportunity to perform venous stent placement.Overcoming challenges for venous stent placement will be discussed.
- Workstation 2: attendees will perform an ovarian vein embolization and learn about the different techniques of coil placement.
- Workstation 3: attendees will perform Vena Cava filter placement and retrieval. The indications for filter placement and the importance of retrieval will be discussed
Target group: Junior physicians and physicians with limited experience with Deep Venous interventions, who have an interest in performing interventions for Deep Venous disease in the future.
