Your local representative
Your Cook representative is a local resource who will work with you to find a durable repair for each patient.
Our field-based support team is your consultative clinical resource for abdominal and thoracic EVAR procedures. Their goal is to work with you to find a lasting repair and improve patient outcomes by providing case-planning support.
From the beginning to the end of every case, your Cook representative is there to be your procedural partner by:
- Using advanced imaging tools to create custom centrelines that help identify which device is best for a patient’s unique anatomy and disease state
- Identifying areas of difficult anatomy or tortuosity and providing a list of recommended angles for fluoroscopy that require less contrast and deliver the images you need the first time
- Supporting graft implantation by answering any questions about device deployment and helping make necessary adjustments when there are unforeseen challenges during the procedure

Cook’s European planning centre is located in London and has grown to a team of nine dedicated case planning experts since 2009.
The clinical experts at our advanced planning centres partner with physicians to help find a durable repair for each patient, keeping the progressive nature of aortic disease at the forefront of sizing and planning collaboration.
For more than 15 years, the global advanced planning team has worked on some of the most complex EVAR cases and teamed up with the world’s leading physicians to help match endovascular grafts to each patient’s unique anatomy and disease state. As the team has continued to grow, Cook’s advanced planning centres have expanded to four locations around the globe.
